Withdraw from the contract - Declare withdrawal electronically

If you, as a consumer, wish to withdraw from a contract concluded with us, you may use the electronic withdrawal function below for this purpose.

Please enter the data required to identify your contract. Mandatory information includes your name, your email address and the contract or order number. The “Comment” field is optional.

By clicking the “Confirm withdrawal” button, you submit your withdrawal declaration to us. You will then receive an immediate confirmation of receipt by email containing your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of receipt.

The provision of this withdrawal function does not mean that a statutory right of withdrawal exists in every individual case or that the withdrawal period is still running. The statutory requirements and our withdrawal policy apply.
